I had an excellent experience with London Tennant and especially with Denys, whose integrity truly stood out from the very beginning. I drove down from Scotland to move into a flat near Paddington Station, having signed the tenancy agreement and paid the deposit that same morning. When I arrived, I quickly realised the flat wasn’t what I expected and simply wasn’t the right fit for me. Despite the inconvenience this could have caused, Denys handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and complete honesty. He immediately processed a full refund and was fully understanding of my decision. Denys showed genuine integrity throughout the entire experience - something you don’t always find in the property world. Although the flat itself didn’t work out for me, I would confidently recommend London Tennant based on their transparency, fairness, and the outstanding service Denys provided.
