We look forward to welcoming you. Before and around the start of your tenancy, you will receive the relevant information, documents and instructions to help make your move-in as straightforward as possible.
🔑 Key Collection:
Your individual check-in and key collection instructions will be provided before your arrival. Keys are normally collected from a local KeyNest collection point.
Where applicable, any additional access devices, such as building or bike-storage fobs, will also be provided.
🧹 Cleaning:
Your accommodation will be cleaned in preparation for your move-in.
🛡️ Property & Compliance Documents:
You will receive or have access to the relevant property, safety, tenancy and compliance documents applicable to your tenancy, including any information and certificates required by law.
Documents may also be made available through your tenant portal.
📋 Inventory & Check-In Report:
You will receive an inventory and check-in report recording the condition and contents of the property at the beginning of your tenancy.
Please review this carefully and notify us of any comments or discrepancies within the timeframe provided.
🔐 Tenancy Deposit Protection:
Where a tenancy deposit is taken, it will be protected with a government-approved tenancy deposit protection schemein accordance with the applicable requirements.
You will receive the relevant deposit protection information and prescribed information.

You will receive useful information about your tenancy, property, check-in and living with The London Tenant.

🔧 Repairs & Maintenance
All maintenance issues should be reported through our dedicated Fixflo maintenance portal:

Please provide full details and photographs where possible so that our maintenance team and contractors can assess the issue appropriately.
